Hello! I'm Rachel, a passionate vegan baker, theatre fan and all round nature lover.

I started baking as a hobby and have always absolutely loved finding new and exciting ways to make traditional baking vegan. After so many compliments and "you should make this a business" comments, I went and did just that! I pride myself on creating absolutely delicious cakes but also making them as beautiful as possible. After all - you eat with your eyes first!
